Q&A
Please try the following solutions:
Check if the controller and the robot are both powered on and have sufficient battery.
Make sure there are no obstacles or strong signal interference between the controller and the robot.
Restart both the controller and the robot, then try pairing them again.
Refer to the product manual to confirm the correct connection and pairing steps.
If the problem persists, contact customer service for further support.
First, please check whether the connection between the robot remote control and the robot is stable, and confirm that the robot remote control is fully charged and the robot is powered on. If there is still no response, please turn off both the robot and the robot remote control, wait for few seconds, then restart them and try to connect again. If the problem persists after multiple attempts, it may indicate a connection failure or functional abnormality of the robot remote control or robot. Please stop using it and contact Micbot's official after-sales service for inspection and troubleshooting.
It is not recommended to continue using it. If the robot's body or legs are skewed after standing, please turn it off immediately, wait for 3 seconds, and then try to restart it. If the problem still persists after multiple attempts, it may indicate abnormal mechanical structure, loose parts or functional failures, which may lead to further product damage or potential safety hazards. Please stop using it and contact Micbot's official after-sales service for inspection and maintenance.
